Open BC Authentication from Apps in your BigCommerce control panel. The app is currently in a private rollout and is not publicly available in the marketplace.

For shoppers

Your account belongs to the store where you shop. Use that store’s password sign-in or password recovery if Google sign-in is unavailable. Contact the store for order or customer-account questions.
